Full-Time Position:
Compensation: $20-$25/hour based on experience
Schedule: 5 days a week, 10 AM - 7 PM (flexible to include weekends or weekdays)

Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring accurate documentation of key details.
Prioritize calls based on importance and urgency, ensuring efficient scheduling.
Monitor and coordinate field technicians to optimize time management and client satisfaction.
Schedule client appointments following the right tech/right call guidelines.
Input and maintain accurate data in the system to track calls and client interactions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience required (home services industry experience highly preferred).
Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
Conscientious, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to integrity and quality.
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
