What You’ll Bring:

๐Ÿ”น 1-2 years of experience in a HVAC related field

๐Ÿ”น Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
๐Ÿ”น Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
๐Ÿ”น Ability to work independently and as part of a team
๐Ÿ”น Must be 21 years or older
๐Ÿ”น Valid driver’s license (required)

Qualifications

You must have these things: 

  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. 
  • A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record. 
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. 
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams. 
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory 
  • Properly complete paperwork. 
  • Join the on-call rotation. 
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. 
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
