Pay: $18 - $30 /hour --- with uncapped commission opportunities. Based on experience

  • Residential maintenance experience or general plumbing knowledge 
  • Experience with face-to-face customer sales. Preferred
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Valid Drivers license - Required

What you will do:

  • Responsible for repairing, and maintaining plumbing and associated plumbing systems
  • Diagnose residential plumbing issues and providing clients with options for repair or replacement
  • Effectively communicate with dispatch and clients and provide 5-star service to each client
  • Create detailed job notes in client account on Service Titan and provide clients with well-written invoice summaries and estimates

 

Must pass a criminal background check, drug test, and have a clean MVR

Qualifications

You must have these things: 

  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
  • A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record. 
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check 

Responsibilities

What you will do: 

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures which will include toilet replacements, faucets replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
  • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential.
  • Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving problems, responding to call-outs and preparing cost estimates.
