Entry-Level Office & Operations Coordinator

Pay: $20 - $25/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with scheduling interviews and supporting onboarding processes
  • Maintain organized office communications and documentation
  • Use Microsoft Excel to create and update reports
  • Help ensure data accuracy across internal systems
  • Support event planning and community engagement activities
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks like expense tracking and deposits
  • Keep office supplies stocked and organized
  • Communicate clearly with team members and external partners

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formatting, basic formulas)
  • Internship or 1+ year of experience in an office setting preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • High level of competence with math and calculations
  • Customer Service/office administrative experience is preferred

Who/What Are We Looking For?

  • Assist coworkers with daily responsibilities including but not limited to processing paperwork, sending emails, data entry, speaking with customers to make sure all accounts are kept current and all payments are received
