What You’ll Bring:

🔹 1-2 years of experience in a HVAC related field

🔹 Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
🔹 Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
🔹 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔹 Must be 21 years or older
🔹 Valid driver’s license (required)

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. 
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, and the parts and installation teams. 
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory 
• Properly complete paperwork. 
• Join the on-call rotation. 
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. 
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
