Pay: *$60,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses*

What YOU will do:
* Train, support, coach HVAC team members to provide amazing customer service experiences
* Drive service and installation sales teams to exceed budget
* Manage HVAC schedule and allocation of resources in day-to-day operations
* Participate in selection of HVAC team members
* Establish and maintain ethical selling and professional installation practices
* Quality control and inspection of HVAC jobs
* Handling customer satisfaction requests


What YOU will bring:
* Minimum of 5+ years of HVAC Leadership experience
* Valid drivers’ license
* Pass background check and drug test

Qualifications

You must have these things: 

  • 1-year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

  • Clean, adjust and repair HVAC systems- air handling units, duct work, vents, condensation drainage
  • Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose
  • Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
  • Engage with customers/clients to inform them of issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
