Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+/ Year with uncapped commission potential

As a Residential Water Treatment Sales Specialist, you will engage with homeowners to introduce and tailor water treatment solutions that ensure their water quality meets the highest standards of safety and comfort. With your expertise, you will guide customers through the selection of systems and services that best fit their needs, from water softening to purification and filtration technologies. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about promoting healthy living environments and who possess a keen interest in water quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess water quality issues and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
• Leverage your knowledge in water treatment technologies to educate customers on the benefits and functionality of various systems.
• Develop personalized proposals that align with customer needs and budgetary constraints.
• Cultivate and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to provide the most current and effective solutions.
• Work flexible hours, including some evenings, to accommodate customer schedules.
• Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and customer care in every interaction.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in water treatment, plumbing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Familiarity with water treatment systems (e.g., softeners, reverse osmosis, UV purification) is highly advantageous.
• Ability to conduct water quality tests and understand treatment needs.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Proficiency in understanding customer needs and strong negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their homes.
• Proficient computer skills for tracking sales and customer interactions.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
