Precision Today is currently seeking Electricians to join our expanding team dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Electricians manage the completion of various electrical tasks such as troubleshooting/maintenance, repair, architectural lighting, panel changeouts and service upgrades. This position demands an emphasis on quality of work, performed efficiently and following all applicable local and national codes.

Responsibilities: 

What Will I Do?

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs consistent with and exceeding National Electrical Code standards
• Maintain a clean working area
• Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that can be completed immediately
• Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
• Document work completed with before and after photos
• Demonstrate Safe working practices and methods
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out and inventory current
• Complete thorough evaluation of entire system along with summary upon completion
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Deliver 5-star service experience to our clients & community

Qualifications: 

Do I have What it Takes?

• Two (2) years of Electrical Service experience
• Exceptional Technician: intuitive, hardworking, efficient, no problem wearing a uniform, willing to learn our customer service system, can keep a truck well organized- and owns a ‘what’s next?’ attitude!
• Possess the necessary tools, knowledge & drive to exceed industry standards
• Be able to climb in and out of box trucks and vans, able to lift over 75 lbs, and work in tough environments like the summer heat & winter cold.
• Can pass the Federal background and drug screen; a clean driving record and current driver’s license are ALL a must (Please do not apply if any of these are issues. We check to protect!).
• The drive to succeed and grow

What You Will Bring: 

• 2+ year of Electrical Service experience is preferred.
• Must pass Motor Vehicle, Background check and Drug Screen
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
• Physical dexterity.

What You Will Do: 

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
• Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Inspect, diagnose and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures 
• Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers
• Follow national electrical code, and state and local building regulations
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
• Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
