Job Description: Installation Crew Lead - Electrician

Korte Does It All is excited to announce an immediate opening for an Installation Crew Lead - Electrician. This role is perfect for a skilled electrician ready to lead a team and take charge of residential electrical installations.

Pay: $27.00 - $45.00+/hour (based on experience)

What YOU Will Do:

• Lead a team in the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and fixtures.
• Perform electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Oversee whole-house rewiring projects and other major installations.
• Plan and execute layouts and installations of electrical wiring and equipment based on job specifications and local codes.
• Ensure team compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What YOU Will Bring:

• Valid Journeyman Electrical License (preferred but not required).
• 4+ years of experience as a residential electrician, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

• HVAC experience is not required, but a plus
• Proven sales experience, B2C preferred 
• Valid driver’s license

PAY TRANSPARENCY:   

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it's commission-based fully. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
